They don't have the paperwork if you have to new windows put in. You have to go online and if you don't have a computer just a smart phone well?
We shouldn't have to pay for power when they CONSTANTLY shut it off to entire grid systems for NO reason at all. No wind, no fires, no storms, yet still, no power.
I’ve never lived anywhere where the power goes out as frequently as in Yakima. Slightly over a year, and we’ve experienced at least 6 (probably closer to 8) outages lasting hours or more. Certainly something to consider if you are thinking about a move to the area!
