This Office doesn't accept payments. They just give directions.
We have experienced 6 to 7 power outages this summer alone, with only a single notification provided for fire prevention. Living in 90+ degree weather with two young children makes this level of unreliability completely unacceptable and hazardous. This is by far the worst utility service I have ever encountered. If you have any alternative providers in your area, go with the alternative.

This power company is comically bad. Power going out at least once a week due to equipment failure. If you can go with a different company do it.
Power was just out from 10:30 pm until 4:30am. Already back off same day at 1:00 in the afternoon saying until 7:30 pm. Do they think people don't have a life. Especially on a weekend. We have food that can get bad, cant cook lunch or dinner. Should at least knock money off our power bill when they do stuff like this. Ridiculous and inconvenient.
