This is what happens when a company has a monopoly on a service in the area. They are unreliable and we lose power often. They are over priced, but they are the only option. And let's not talk about how bad the customer service is.

This Office doesn't accept payments. They just give directions.
We have experienced 6 to 7 power outages this summer alone, with only a single notification provided for fire prevention. Living in 90+ degree weather with two young children makes this level of unreliability completely unacceptable and hazardous. This is by far the worst utility service I have ever encountered. If you have any alternative providers in your area, go with the alternative.
