We had a transformer blow at our pole by a squirrel which is laying by it. We've called the power company and all the rep does is give us a generic answer. "We're investigating the reason for the outage. You should have power by 8pm." I'm not blaming the customer service rep because they're just saying what they're told to say. We have power. I can't believe how often we lose power in Terrace Heights. In 50 years I have never lost power as often as I have in the last two. What the hell is going on!!! In Asotin WA., we lost power twice in 11 years. Been back in Yakima two years and have lost power at least once a month if not more.
they turn off power everytime the wind blows!! terrible service!
Someone please explain to me why I have to pay a 3rd party extra money in order to be allowed to pay my power bill?
