Good luck trying to get a payment plan. With monthly power bills at $250 during the winter. My account is a little behind. Was told today I can't get a payment plan until I bring my account to 0. Wow that sounds reasonable definitely will need it then. So much for then bragging about having affordable plans. I wish we had a choice in companies.

Power goes out at least once a month and it’s always the big green power box behind the house. I hear it pop every time the power goes out. I’m no electrician but to me it looks like their old equipment is out dated and can’t handle the power load. This has been going on for years at this point. There should be a discount based on their inferior power equipment that will go out like clockwork every month, and it’s not for a few hours like they claim every time it’s an all day ordeal. These guys are a joke!

My father in law worked for the benton pud so we know that there are supposed to be people on call in case of an outage. It's unacceptable in the year 2025 to be 7 hours without power. I have a feeling the crews have been... read more
