When i off lights and scale back on room temperatures I save money!
I arranged for a PP to disconnect power while I addressed a piece of trim that was being pulled from the house. PP worker JP arrived on time and went above and beyond. He quickly assessed a power line anchorage on my house was not optimal and relocated it preventing additional house trim damage. Very courteous and professional!! I was able to safely reattach and secure my 4x6 trim piece. Great service!
Accommodating.
Pacific power tripped breakers and one was for the freezer and they spoiled all of the food and freezer was damaged. Pacific Power will not replace it even when it was 100% their fault.
