I’ve been with PPCU/F3 for many years. However, a few years ago they made some changes and the feature of mobile deposit stopped working. I’ve tried several times to have this fixed with no luck. One of the Tellers had suggested I open a new account and that would fix the problem. I was very disappointed and upset with that suggestion. My dad is a retired postal worker and this has been his credit union for many years. They are always friendly and helpful when we come in. It's a smaller bank but that just gives them the opportunity to provide more personalized service. Rates are on par with larger banks.

This credit union is completely unprofessional. I have been trying to settle my Father’s affairs with this location. Not only are some employees quite rude, the staff overall has been extremely flaky. This is not the quality you look for when finding a place to bank. They have lost important paperwork and have promised corespondence and call backs. They have never followed through on any promise. Look somewhere else when considering who to bank with!! I ended up having to file a fraud claim through NCUA. Be cautious.
