Impossible to get your money back without an attorney. Had death certificate, will, small estate affidavit, ID, account statement, etc. Said they could not honor any of them and could not tell what they required as it would constitute legal advice. Said I needed a court order or hire an attorney. No problems with any other financial institution.
I am very excited in the change and do hope that some upgrades are in the making of Banking portal. The current site is a bit clunky to get through. The categories are not noted plainly and clearly. Being able to get between accounts is slow and a bit confusing
