STAY AWAY!!! All previous rating here are from 2009 and on another website, their reviews were more current and horrendous This place has gone right down hill. I gave them 7 months to fix up and service my pool and they abandoned me right before this past Memorial Day without fixing a thing. Roy the owner is happy to give you lip service, never customer service, and he lets you know he is doing you a favor. No show or very late show for appointments all the time. I promised my mother I wouldn’t comment on your Facebook page however she is still waiting on her hot tub steps. She purchased and paid cash for a Jacuzzi hot tub and was promised it would be up and running by Memorial Day. With a house full of out-of-town company (my father/her husband passed away) it was very frustrating dealing with the lack of communication your company provided her. The customer service at pacific is second to none. I know a ton of people who have used other pool supply and hot tub vendors and then switched over to Pacific. They really stress quality and speak to customers honestly and realistically. Nothing is going to be sugar coated but in the long run that helped me to really get the job done tastefully and efficiently. I had a great experience with this place and i implore others to stop in with any of their pool or hot tub needs you will not be disappointed.

i searched all over ny and nj – i priced hot tubs all over ny and northern nj..everyplace had high pressure sales..people telling me so many different thing.Roy took his time, listened to what i wanted, guided me away from the higher priced spas and i got a 7 person tub for less than a 4 person tub at other places! great service..a family owned company..cant go wrong!

spa made by beachcomber – we have used ours friends hot tubs but this brand is unlike any other made. we sit deeper in our spa than any of the other tubs we have ever been in. don't buy one until you check them out. it has been worth the investment...thanks pacific pool and spa

Beachcomber Hot Tubs – The way this unit is constructed is amazing! After doing research for several months, Beachcomber by far was the best hot tub on the market. Pacific Pool & Spa are great. They didn't pressure us like the other companies we visited. You have to definitely check them out! We should have gotten a hot tub a long time ago, I can't believe we waited this long...

I experienced buying my 1st hot tub in a low-pressure, highly informative atmosphere. The staff was both courteous, and knowledgeable, and after the education i received, i was able to purchase with the confidence that i was receiving a superior product for my dollar. The value of the tub, the attention to detail before and after the sale, and the family-like atmosphere, i can't wait for the customer appreciation party. Thank you Pacific for being my first, and then my final destination in this endeavor.
