Thank you Hugo and team for turning our old swampy hopeless pool into a beautiful oasis again. Although our pool came with countless challenges, it is absolutely functioning beautifully and we love! Thank you Pacific Plastering for doing a wonderful job!
Poor quality of work and unresponsive. We used Pacific Plaster to resurface pool and workmanship was poor. They came out and promised to come repair but after several months of trying to reach out to schedule they are now unresponsive. WetEdge is streaked, too thin in some areas, not distributed evenly. I have tried to give them an opportunity to fix the problem but now they have stopped responding.
Extremely disappointed with this company’s replaster job and how they treat their customers. What should have been a professional upgrade turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. From the start, the Bond Kote prep was a mess. They applied a thin, splattered layer with large areas of old plaster showing through. Hugo, the project manager, insisted this was how they do all their jobs, even though the manufacturer requires full coverage at 80 mil thickness. Pacific Pool Plastering did a fantastic job replacing my pool’s coping, title and replastering using StoneScapes. They were very helpful during the material selection phase along with completing the project in a timely manner. Their quote was very competitive and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their pool.
This review is overdue. We love our pool redo! Picture with the umbrella was just after it was finished in September 2022. Other picture with shadow was taken September 2023. Snow picture was taken January 2024. They showed up when they said they would. If you think there's some miscommunication, just double check. They didn't think that they could do a nice job on the curve of the spa being that the marble we chose needed to be cut down into smaller pieces. Anyway, I love the finished product!
