Extremely disappointed with this company’s replaster job and how they treat their customers. What should have been a professional upgrade turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. From the start, the Bond Kote prep was a mess. They applied a thin, splattered layer with large areas of old plaster showing through. Hugo, the project manager, insisted this was how they do all their jobs, even though the manufacturer requires full coverage at 80 mil thickness. Pacific Pool Plastering did a fantastic job replacing my pool’s coping, title and replastering using StoneScapes. They were very helpful during the material selection phase along with completing the project in a timely manner. Their quote was very competitive and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their pool.
This review is overdue. We love our pool redo! Picture with the umbrella was just after it was finished in September 2022. Other picture with shadow was taken September 2023. Snow picture was taken January 2024. They showed up when they said they would. If you think there's some miscommunication, just double check.
