If Erik is working here as a manger, def recommend it. I’ve lived in an apartment complex that Erik managed for a few years and never had problems. He’s a fantastic manager that actually cares about the tenants and does whatever he can to fulfill everyone’s needs.

If Erik is working here as a manger, def recommend it. I’ve lived in an apartment complex that Erik managed for a few years and never had problems. He’s a fantastic manager that actually cares about the tenants and does whatever he can to fulfill everyone’s needs.
Covered assigned parking, pets welcome, family setting, grounds maintained, clean & spacious apt with w/d, covered balcony, on a bus line with Portland minutes away & an on-site property mgr, maintenance & on-call security for after hours. It is quiet & everyone is very nice. If you have reasonable expectations, then you may want to give this property a closer look.
This is not a family friendly place to live, i do not recommend anyone living here except maybe if you single it might be fine, but i will do everything in my power to make sure no one has to deal with your place. If you try an take care of the people who do live here you actually keep families here. You only care what people see from the road an thats as far as you go. I have talked to multiple tenants an all feel the same. Gotta love the black mold in the windows.
