Ruby was an excellent leasing agent. Coming from Florida, I had a lot of difficulty getting a hold of onsite staff from different apartment communities in southern California but Ruby was readily available to give me a virtual tour while I was in Florida. Being the downstairs tenant here is a horrible experience to be honest, ( having neighbors who are not considerate enough especially after hours where people are supposed to be sleeping. ) The ceiling is so thin and low you can hear how loud they walk like they’re stomping and even the floor is vibrating especially at night. The registration and sign up process for me was super easy and got approved right away. Matched a certain room to my liking and I love the balcony and was glad to have the refrigerator, washer and dryer included. Michelle and Ruby were amazing, best customer service and were super sweet. Only took about a hour which is great if your time sensitive and have to do other things also.
First I want to say thank you for a great movie night my kids loved it and all the office management and the maintenance team were super nice and respectful. Second the maintenance team Allen and Juan are so respectful helpful and very good at there jobs.. Ruby and Leo are the best all questions and all we need are always listen to and resolved thank you very much... you all are the best ...
