Love living at this apartment complex! Great management team who gets back to you quickly! Beautiful views of the ocean, and a lot of stuff around! Beautiful Parks, and outlet Mall, and only 1 mile from the beach!
Great place to live! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the property is always clean and well-kept. It’s a quiet, comfortable community and I’ve really enjoyed living here.
I am coming up on my first year in the complex and I have nothing but positive things to say about living here. The management and maintenance team are responsive, friendly, and helpful. The units, amenities, and location make the rent worth it. We are very happy to sign on for another year.
We chose this apartment complex because it’s closer to where I work, that’s the plus side, the downside is too many kids running around the complex without adhering to their safety, residents have some of their pets unleashed, some don’t bother to pick up after their pets, the no parking on the red zone is not being followed, each apartment was assigned 2 parking space but other residents maybe have one too many, so they used the space for guests and even used our second parking spot (though we really don’t care even they us... read more
