I stopped by today looking for some help with an adaptor, because I thought what I had wouldn't fit my sink. I showed the nice people here the piece and photos of my sink, and they told me it was likely just a stuck aerator, and let me know how I could get it off. I got it off without spending any extra, and my adaptor fits! Highly recommend them, they're polite, knowledgeable, and won't sell you crap you don't need!
Knowledgeable, friendly, and all the plumbing stuff you can and can't find at the big chain stores (plus you save the time of wandering aisles finding your own stuff). I've had to come by numerous times over the past couple months for projects and every worker has been great. First timers: (facing the buildings from the parking entrance) far right of the lot is the showroom. I went in for an odd request, I needed a piece of pipe to fit through an internal gutter to cast iron down below on a 120 year old building in the area. The manager and his team helped me to find a piece of material for this purpose and we’re EXTREMELY helpful. The gentleman at the front desk on Friday 9/1 around 3:30 PM named Chris personally walked me out into the yard to try to find a piece of PVC pipe that would do the trick.
