The employees are very nice at this site, but my god who is running inventory. I can’t fathom how a plumbing supply company doesn’t supply a basic commercial flush valve diaphragm for a Sloan closet. The single largest commercial toilet maker in the country. No 1.6 flush valves in stock. Only supply 1.28 zurn equivalent. I was told that it would work all the same. After install the toilet continuously runs, I put in a Sloan diaphragm and works perfectly. I knew better than to use anything other than Sloan. Please carry the p... read more
Top notch says it all.
I really like this store. The employees are helpful and able to help me find what I need. They are usually really well stocked especially for being a smaller location, which obviously they're not going to have everything. Their prices are also very reasonable, much better than other plumbing suppliers from comparison. When I compared pacific with another plumbing supplier they were 29 percent cheaper on ABS fittings, which is pretty significant.
