We have been with Dr. Puneet Pannu for five years now, and the service he provides has always been outstanding. We’ve never had any issues — he is extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help. If I could, I would give him 10 stars, but it only allows me to give 5! I highly recommend him to be your GP.
I am not recommending to see Dr. Peter Yaxley. My wife’s recent experience with Dr. Peter Yaxley was very disappointing. He was rude and arrogant, and did not seem to like being asked questions about her care. When she asked just one question, he treated it as a full consultation and charged an out-of-pocket fee. This happened only a couple of weeks ago, and it left us feeling disrespected and frustrated.
