I value Pacific Phoenix Psychiatry. I was referred to the clinic by a family member. I have seen Dr. Trenkle a number of times. She is always very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and decisive. She communicates very clearly and is an excellent caregiver. Dr. Trenkle is also a wonderful person to see for those who hold family values as a very important part of their life.

Welp... I had an appt set up but I had a death in the family the same day. They said cause I didn't call in to cancel it was a $60 charge. I told them that's not exactly what I was thinking about when a family member was dying and she said unfortunately that's not their problem. She said I can have it waived if I make a new patient appt. I said "so only if you make money off me will you delete the no show fee?" She said yes. I will never ever go here. Dr. Shaw and I seem to have developed good communication, even only after a few visits. She was so understanding and has been really helpful. She's also very friendly

Dr. Shah listened to me, she didnt judge. She made me feel comfortable and not crazy. I'm dealing with some pretty complicated things, it is nice to have someone that understands. Another thing is she helped me address some very significant issues and I believe we have a plan. Im nervous but also excited to know my insurance approved TMS.

Dr.Shah is a blessing. She has helped me more than anyone I have been with. She truly cares,she listens and is kind. I couldn't ask for a better doctor or better care. She truly cares about me and getting me better.
