Dr.Trenkle was not only super friendly and approachable but she made me feel comfortable coming to her and expressing my needs. She helped me map out a plan to help reach my mental health goals and gave me multiple courses of action. She explained things in detail making sure I understood and asked me what I wanted and what my goals were instead of just telling me what she decided like others ive seen through out my life. In my appointments with Dr. Shah I always feel so heard and supported. I appreciate how we can discuss a variety of mental health care options and weigh risks and benefits and come up with a plan A and alternative. It makes me feel very safe and in control as I figure out the best way to take care of myself. So grateful for her guidance and calm presence!
