DR. Yi is very good and knowledgeable. She listens to the concerns of the mom (and in this case, sister) and takes into account the information given. We saw her for a skin problem with my Fursis, and we worked together without any issues. She is email- friendly, and communication with a busy lifestyle is made less stressful with knowing she will respond quickly to a query.
