TERRIBLE OFFICE WORKERS THERE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. CONFUSED ME AND MY INSURANCE. had to have my pediatrician office to help me out and come to find out they were wrong the entire time but continued to argue with me. Switched doctors. I liked the doctor but unfortunately his staff is what lost him business.
The employees there are really nice. The doctor I had also speaks Mandarin so I didn’t even need to worry about translating for my dad. Many of the staff there also speaks Spanish, so there shouldn’t be a trouble with communication. Went there to check up after having an irregular EKG. The doctor explained everything really well and was really casual so I didn’t feel nervous at all. I also really liked the environment. It’s very clean. The wait was kind of long though.
