Horrible company. Our association hired them to do our parking lot. They tore everything out and left. We had to drive over loose gravel for 3 months, which screwed up our tires. There was dirt and dust everywhere. We were told that they did not have the proper permit form the city of Bellevue. They bid for this job and did not care to see if they are competent to do the job before making a mess. We were also forced to park off our property for many more days than they initially asked for. I would NOT recommend them at all.

You were not involved in the planning, scheduling, etc. of this project, I communicated directly with the HOA Board and the property manager. How they chose to inform tenants (such as yourself) was up to them. Our agreement with your HOA Board and property manager stated that we were not responsible for permits for this project, they were.
