The technician was on time but had an attitude that he would much rather be anywhere else. When he pulled the opener out of the box he set it on the cement floor and then pushed the entire unit away from him to make room. This completely scratched up the unit, both the metal motor casing and the plastic casing for the lights. He didn't mention anything about it and just continued his work.
