Absolutely appalling customer service. I walked into this service station while on a phone call. (Not near a pump if you knew how this servo was set up you’d know that it is completely possible) I was not distracted, ignoring staff, or being rude. The staff member asked me a question and I simply took a moment to think about my response. Before I could answer, she aggressively told me to “get out of the shop” if I was on the phone. Just witnessed a blonde old staff member abusing a young lady for simply being on the phone in the shop the lady screamed “don’t come into my shop being on the phone” I found that ridiculous
Amazing service, we pulled up on a rainy day and had the service attendant at our window to make sure we put the right fuel in (as I was at the wrong bowser in my rental). He then proceeded to fuel the car up. Blown away by this friendly, efficient old fashioned service. I wish this was on offer at my home town
Friendly staff, they even pump the petrol for you while you go in and pay inside which was cool. Never experienced that here in Australia
