I was in a bind with my fianc� and my labradoodle on a Sunday evening without a place to stay. Damien from Pacific Paradise Motel answered the phone straight away and had us booked in a room at short notice. The room instead was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. Very good value for money. We would happily stay here again.

I went with my daughter for a night , Customer service is 100% , Beautiful bed I slept well,my daughter loves it , Bigger room with clean and neat and tidy, Very comfortable...Love it.. Easy excess to shop and beach ..and to Resort.

150 a night I would of liked a comfortable bed. The manger gave $10 discount where Ramada was $60 cheaper, I was to exhausted to move. The little coffee shop near the real estate has beautiful service and great coffee ☕ The noise from the cars and road works is a bit to much. Buses go past every half hour . I woke up to huge cockroaches on the floor and my shower was poor as well . The best point was the pool looked inviting . definitely for 150 I can get water front. Lic of paint looks good 👍. Keeping it real.

It was getting late in the evening, and I was in a crisis situation, and Daniel went above and beyond with his level of thoughtfulness and compassion to ensure my safety and comfort. The first night, the only room available was the family room, which was close to the busy road, and the cleaning supplies' room/laundry was just beyond an internal door, but definitely better than nothing!
