Told my appointment was at 1:30 confirmed on the phone the night before. Arrived at 1:33 and was told we were 15 minutes late and they wouldn't see us. Drove over 30 minutes and the lobby was empty. Receptionist insisted that they only schedule in 20 minute increments and that no one would have told us 1:30 so we were simply wrong. Instead of being so dogmatic she could have simply sympathize but instead added insult to injury with the "have a great rest of your day" comment as we were leaving.
