I had to reschedule my appointment due to my schedule. I was in contact with a person named Joe. Once I told Joe that I needed to reschedule and if there were any accommodations that could be made, he decided to ignore me. I've sent emails and left voicemails regarding a new appointment, and no acknowledgement. I have email correspondence showing how open I was to travel to other locations to obtain an appointment that fit my schedule, yet no response. I've even attempted to call and speak with someone and got nothing. Sucks... read more
