I would give them negative if possible. We just had a technician, Rich, over to our property since we were having issues getting a hold of our current IT team and we are having printer issues that would really disrupt our work. He stormed in and immediately had an aggressive tone. i work as an assistant manager at an apartment community. we reached out to pacific automation 3x. 1x to put in the service request, and 2x to try and get an idea of when the technician would arrive. (we understand it's the busy season, an eta was all we wanted). We were assigned to Richard. He arrived and immediately asked why we didn't call our own IT company, which felt irrelevant. Their salespeople are EXTREMELY aggressive. They will not take no for an answer and try to go around you and talk with other people in the company to get their foot in the door. We had to literally kick the guy out of the shop. I would not do business with them based on this face alone.
