big conglomerate – recently our firm decided to upgrade our copier system. Of all the companies we spoke with we were least impressed with POA. When I notified the rep we were not going with them within fifteen minutes I recieved a call from their "other branch". They just happened to be making calls in the area!! They are out of Seatle, and out of touch!
Best Copier Service EVER!! – I have been with Pacific for some time. I am a repeat customer. Lots of companies have tried for my business, but Pacific has been far and above the best company I have dealt with in my 30 plus years of printing. If you don't go with these guys, then you are going with the second best. Can't say enough about the exceptional performance.

Great to work with – Our office recently acquired a copier from Pacific Office Automation and the experience was great. Although we looked at three other vendors including our current one, POA was a clear cut winner for us based on their understanding of what we were trying to do. They took me on a tour of their new building and introduced me to all of the different people who we would need to know like the dispatcher, service manager, and solutions team.
