Terrible experience with her rude and unhelpful staff. Put you on long holds and if you complain act like it is your problem. They actually stated to me that 15 minute hold times were the norm! Goodbye and her terrible reviews all over are probably due to her phone staff.
I have been a patient of Dr. Christina Lee for 5 to 6 years, and I am writing this review with a heavy heart after a deeply painful experience. Six months ago, I told Dr. Lee that we were trying to get pregnant, and at my appointment two weeks ago we talked about it again. Doctors Christina and Jennifer Lee are very good at their jobs but the waiting times are very long. Sometimes I had to wait for 2 hours. Also, their services are very expensive and require a deposit for some procedures.
Update: The issue that Dr. Jennifer Lee laughed at and brushed off turned out to be a tumor in my brain. I encourage anyone thinking of using this practice to find somewhere else if you want to be taken seriously. I made an appt with Dr. Jennifer Lee last Thursday due to an infection that wasn’t being healed. I had already seen a doctor at planned parenthood and she had told me to follow up with a gynecologist if the issue persisted.
