Always overflowing trash receptors. Never enough capacity for this size property. Poorly maintained laundry rooms, with washing machines that don’t even run hot. They market this place as “luxury” living and then these are the facilities you get.
Quiet, convenient and close to everything I love
This property will rob you of your security deposit. I spent days and days ensuring my unit was left in immaculate condition, the floor was spotless, no furniture was left in the unit, and I only had 3 small nail holes in the walls after hanging 2 pieces of art. The property took $1100 of my security deposit and said they needed $700 to paint the walls and $300 to clean the wooden floors. Nice place to live. Expensive but nice. 1 parking spot per apartment. 5 minutes walk to 3 large shopping malls. Shops include Costco, Target, Albertsons, Smart and Final, CVS Drug and many other small businesses.
