Cancelling all my contracts with this company. Horrible customer service, disgusting practices, renters feel uncomfortable, sky high fees, lack of communication, ect. They are absolutely useless, they just collect their fees and move on. DO NOT let them do anything with your property. There are plenty of management companies that are happy to actually make your life easier, this isn't one of them.
