The demo and mitigation work was done timely and effectively. Thank you to Robert and his team the efforts during a difficult situation!
The demo work was fine. However personal content work was unsatisfactory. Brand new Room & Board king bed frame located in an undamaged section of the home was severely scratched. All posts and the entire headboard were damaged. Similarly most of our large furniture items were only wrapped in thin plastic wrap. Insufficient protection for moving large pieces of furniture.
Robert’s team made sure they took care of our water damage in a safe and effective way. They were very responsive and responsible.
I had an excellent experience with Pacific NW Restoration. After dealing with severe water damage in my basement, their team responded quickly and efficiently. They handled the cleanup and drying process with professionalism, and their mold remediation services were top-notch. The team was knowledgeable, especially Madison. She ensured everything was taken care of, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Highly recommend them!
