First, I will say that the quality of work they do is genuinely impressive. The team members--Adam, Garrett, and Dave--are all professionals in their field. I hired Pacific Northwest Restoration in September 2025, but as of April 2026, the job is still incomplete. What should have been a straightforward process has turned into one of the most disrespectful and disgusting encounters I’ve ever had with anyone. Forget everything you’ve heard about used car salesmen; wait until you hear the experience we had. I’ll update this review with full details once the work is finally finished, but I wanted to save anyone considering this company.

The demo work was fine. However personal content work was unsatisfactory. Brand new Room & Board king bed frame located in an undamaged section of the home was severely scratched. All posts and the entire headboard were damaged. Similarly most of our large furniture items were only wrapped in thin plastic wrap. Insufficient protection for moving large pieces of furniture.
