We had a great experience with Pacific N.W. Marble & Granite! Edgar our rep, was so great to work with and invited us out to look at all the options we had to work with. He was so patient with me as i looked at EVERY black slab in their warehouse until i found the perfect one for our project. Communication was fantastic and the install was flawless. Our experience with PNW Marble and Granite Countertops was extremely disappointing, and much of that stemmed from how we were treated by Jason McMenamin. From our first interaction, Jason came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. Rather than guiding us through the process or answering our questions clearly, his attitude felt condescending and rushed — as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We had a great experience with Pacific NW Marble & Granite and worked with Efrain to replace outdated tile countertops in our bathroom. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job with the project…the end result looks fantastic! Would definitely use them again for future needs.
