Our experience with PNW Marble and Granite Countertops was extremely disappointing, and much of that stemmed from how we were treated by Jason McMenamin. From our first interaction, Jason came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. Rather than guiding us through the process or answering our questions clearly, his attitude felt condescending and rushed — as if we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We had a great experience with Pacific NW Marble & Granite and worked with Efrain to replace outdated tile countertops in our bathroom. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job with the project…the end result looks fantastic! Would definitely use them again for future needs.

I worked with a client to get 2 new kitchens and pacific nw granite built the countertops and made an extra one for the laundry room which wasn’t in the bid. Then charged my client for it. And said if they don’t pay for the top then they won’t install the backsplash.
