As a local Realtor, I come across many situations where a home is in need of serious clean up before it can be sold. I recently had a horrible problem with cat urine. I tried everything but could not get rid of the stench. Nicole's team was there two days after I contacted them, and , problem solved. I highly recommend Pacific NW Bio for anything from popcorn ceilings to hoarding issues , or as in my case, cat urine odor. They are great!

Wes and Warren we very professional and thorough in their operation. They were on time for the appointment and finished quickly and efficiently. Both men were friendly and accommodating to my requests. They checked over the area multiple times and had me check aswell to ensure it was completed to my satisfaction.
