I had a disturbed person come onto my property and take a very big, very wet poop in my front yard. I was obviously upset and wanting the feces removed ASAP; I called around to a couple biohazard cleanup services and was being told that since it was a Friday night I would have to pay an 'Afterhours' fee -- all very expensive. Employees very unobservent, parked in my yard in front of private property no parking signs. Then talked loudly and made fun of me for saying I was in the process of calling a tow truck.

Pacific NW Bio & the team I dubbed the Dream Team had a massive job they accomplished in less time than anticipated. They were very kind, checked in with me regularly and were very responsive. True professionals. Their hard work enabled me to bring my dear friend home from a SNF and she feels safe. Thank you Nicole and the Dream Team! You are my Heroes!
