I like it. The carpenter union has been very good to me.
I have never worked for such cheap wages and im about done. Been at my company for a year. And no raise. 14 an hour is bullshit
If you care about you and your family get the training and certifications through your local Union. That's what I'm doing. I'm a Journeyman carpenter upgrading my skills assessment through Pacific Northwest regional carpenter inst. I'm very pleased. Although I've have two classes cancelled because not enough people signing up or not showing. Still got certifided as a lead foreman and soon a certifide welder.
