5-10 minute exam minimal effort he seemed to completely disregard my symptoms that I am experiencing. I was told I was getting an mri, I called to schedule an MRI, I used the specific term of MRI and at my appointment was told that I am not doing an MRI. Very unprofessional and unorganized. I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago and this morning I called to verify my appt time. They stated they had none of my information such as my chart note that were sent over from my PCP, my insurance, phone number or even the referral. All they had was my name in a book with an appointment time. When I scheduled my appt 3 months ago they had all of my information and they were literally looking at my referral when I scheduled. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO THEIR PATIENTS AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO THE PHARMACY THAT IS TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR MY MEDICATION.

They treated me very kindly, both Dr Zoltani and his secretary. I was seen on time, and he answer my questions and look an my MRI Results. They are both very kind
