Very unprofessional and unorganized. I scheduled an appointment 3 months ago and this morning I called to verify my appt time. They stated they had none of my information such as my chart note that were sent over from my PCP, my insurance, phone number or even the referral. All they had was my name in a book with an appointment time. When I scheduled my appt 3 months ago they had all of my information and they were literally looking at my referral when I scheduled. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO THEIR PATIENTS AND THEY DON'T RESPOND TO THE PHARMACY THAT IS TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR MY MEDICATION.

They treated me very kindly, both Dr Zoltani and his secretary. I was seen on time, and he answer my questions and look an my MRI Results. They are both very kind
Absolutely do not see this guy. He rambled about things that are not related to what I was seeing him for. He already had a preconceived diagnosis before even talking, yes talking into his recorder reading my medical history and asking me zero questions pertaining to my injury.
