Had an appointment. She called to say she was selling stuff to people and it was taking longer than expected. Then texted to see about moving it to a different day. I responded what time on a new day no response. Very unprofessional.

We have been coming to Pacific Northwest massage for about 6 months now. I can not recommend enough. Carrie is a true professional and an amazing massage therapist!
