We bought some bamboo flooring from them about 10 years ago to install in two rooms and a long hallway as a DIY project. The products they carried were beautiful and their services were excellent! The bamboo flooring stood against the test of time, I can say 10 years later we are still happy with the bamboo flooring we got from them. Definetly go the extra mile to get you the flooring you love
We were not happy with the work. The recommended LVP flooring turned out to be too thin. We were charged extra for leveling the floor but the floor still turned out uneven. The doors were not reinstalled correctly. The installers were nice but their work was not and sub par.
The work was done poorly. Walking on the carpet I can feel lumps in the carpet and padding that was laid improperly. Problem could be the installers are independent contractors. Jim and Bev doesn't do any quality control of the completed work. They wouldn't fix the issues I brought up even though Bev said they would. Once I paid the invoice, they were done with me. They don't stand by their work.
PNW Flooring installed a beautiful new floor in my short-term rental. We needed something attractive and durable. We could not be happier with the result and the service! Everything took place on schedule and at the original quoted price. Bev and Jim were wonderful to work with throughout the project.
