we discovered PNW eye sent us to collections over a $20 co-pay that we had no idea was outstanding. After contacting the collections agency they informed us they were given our address from 9 years prior. A phone call goes a long way to clear up a $20 charge and verify if we are getting notices. When I spoke with the billing gal at the optical office she was argumentative, condescending and rude. I’m understanding people are human and sometimes mistakes made; but an apology would go a long way. Disappointing.
Front desk communication is disappointing. The purpose of my visit was to have my eyes examined as routine for contacts. On arrival and after dilation I was told I would need to seek contact fitting from elsewhere. If the doctor spent more than 3 minute with me (and dare I say before my eyes were fully dilated), I’d be surprised Basically I felt like they’re not looking to secure patients and I left with a glasses prescription I don’t need and now I’m on the waitlist elsewhere Save yourself time, go somewhere else
Had a 9AM appointment for a cataract consultation with Dr Jung. I arrived early to fill out the extensive new patient forms…quickly got through them…then waited & waited & waited…45 minutes in total. I understand medical office delays, but to experience a 45 minute delay that early in the day…without anyone coming out and apologizing before or after…smacks of poor patient care. I've been going to Pacific Northwest eye associates for 10 years. In that time they've screwed up every eye that I've taken and now have almost cost me my vision by refusing to see me when I had a raging eye infection.
They have recently changed some policies that punish the customer ?! They need to revisit caring about the customer and instead go the extra mile for them not make things harder ! They made me the wrong color transitions and didn't let me keep the old ones in case I get scratches on the new ones ? Their no good to anyone else ???!!!
