First time going here it can be overwhelming on pick a place out I made a great choice I rate 10 Office staff nurse and doctor all around great I recommend place
I had a biopsy done, almost one month ago to which I’ve never been given the results. I have called no less than 15 times I have emailed texted and called and have never had one reply I have left many many messages and no one has ever called me back as a cancer patient, it is so important I know the results of a biopsy they have completely ignored every message and every phone call and I have no test results
The staff were great, they addressed all my concerns. The office was clean and organized and my appointment was on time.
I enjoy coming to see Dr Andrew Pace because he is straight to the point. He looks at my skin and prescribed medication that fixed my problems. I was in and out and I loved it. Also the office just automated their system and I seen some patients that came in and take a seat because they were checking in automatically. Now if you didn’t do the online check in that is sent to you prior to coming, you will have to fill out paperwork. I like my experience here. Dr Pace knows his stuff and he looked at my situation and prescribed the right medication that fixed the problem. In and out. I love it. Let me tell you, now that their system is automated, I seen patients coming in and sitting down because they were checking in electronically, now that saves time and no standing in line. You got to come check this place out, but remember, come Dr. Andrew Pace is down on the bottom floor. His staff is great also and you will love it.
