Dave returned my call promptly. He happened to be free for the next day and was on time and very efficient on site. We were pleased with how the carpet came out and will use him again in the future.
I called for a quote and to make an appointment. When I said that I have some pet urine stains I was told that he can't remove stains. I said that's odd as I've had my carpet cleaned before and stains came out just fine. He then said "since your going to argue with me, find someone else to do your cleaning" and then hung up on me.
They got my carpets super clean and it smelt real good. Super cheap for what I had done.
