I was working with Gary Richards. He was responsive and knowledgeable and then suddenly ceased all communication. This was in the middle of working with sensitive business information. I was a bit shocked at the lack of professionalism and communication. I’m also disappointed because I was hopeful that I had found a reputable business service.
Gary was a pleasure to work with. He did a business evaluation for me and I highly recommend his services. I will use him in the future.

Represented both the seller & myself the buyer several years ago in 2009 Biggest mistake was not having an accountant go through the books. Found out a few months after the purchase of the business "Streamline Exhaust & Fabrication" the owner was short selling his home & accidentally ran into the sellers attorney while looking for representation into this, the attorney was handling his financial affairs, could not discuss the situation but it was clear the business was misrepresented ended up in Bankruptcy.
