Alex is so nice! I use a wheelchair and I got the drop down pull-up blinds. I couldn't get it from the top down because there was a magnet and I couldn't reach. I tried using my grabber but it was not working. He gave me a different one. That is so amazing and it makes it so easy to open and shut my blinds. He really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. No charge it's wonderful to know there are still people out there who care. My window treatments are amazing. I can't even believe how well they turned out

Owner Alex Tyson was fantastic to work with! He had wonderful suggestions and information on different types of blinds. He and his associate were incredibly efficient at installing the blinds! Highly recommend!
