The owner came in with his mechanic after hours on the weekend to make sure my mom's car was drivable (she lives out of state and had fluid leaking) great customer service and very honest people, problem was addressed and she was able to leave town as planned. Thank you so much.
World-class service from a family-owned business. The work is done well and they will never try to upsell you on things you don't need. Plus, the lounge is super nice and feels very comfortable. This is a great switch from the chain companies.
I've taken my Lexus to Northwest Auto twice recently and just wanted to share how great of an experience it was! Both times I just walked in, everyone was helpful and friendly. They were also able to get my car back to me the same day and their prices were great, the technician answered all of my questions and showed me what was broken. I definitely recommend checking them out, you won't be disappointed!!
