I very much look forward to coming here at least 1-2 times a month for my mani/pedi. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now. Jimmy takes very good care of my nail heath. He takes his time with removal so to not leave my nails thin! Whenever I show an inspo pic he nails it! My nails are in the best shape they have been in years. The owners are absolutely wonderful too! Always greeting me by name and with a big smile. Highly recommend.
Typical nail care outlet. The staff is friendly and attentive.
I like how fast and kind service they offer overall. However, the quality is not quite satisfactory. One of my nails still hurts and bleeding even though it passed 2 hours since the service.
This was my first time at Pacific Nails & Spa. The nail technician, Vicky, gave me an excellent pedicure!! She was very meticulous & gentle. The massage was amazing! I loved the level of sanitization they upheld: sterile tools being removed from a sealed sterile bag in front of me, the plastic foot tub liner, and they used individually packaged scrub, lotion, masque, etc. I was a walkin at 11am on a Saturday & was able to get started in less than 5 minutes things quickly got busy.
