NEGATIVE 5 stars!!! I came here May 1, 2014 at about 1pm to have my eyebrows waxed. Wait time was acceptable as it was very busy. They took me to the back room to do the waxing. When he opened the door I was surprised to see a young girl (8 or 9) sleeping on the bed. The room stunk horribly of feces. It was strong enough to overpower the scent of nail chemicals and a hot wax pot sitting INSIDE this closed up room. I give ZERO stars. Very rude salon. I called that morning and the man said it would be better if I made an appt. So I did for that afternoon. Walked in and waited a half hour and still no service. I had an appt! The owner's 7 year old daughter was directing people where to go and was not very bilingual. Her job was to also clean the foot tubs. Didn't do a very good job to say the least. ZERO STARS - 1) Employee laying with pillow on couch; 2) my cuticles look like I took a weed-whacker to them (I do better myself), which I didn't notice until at home and washed my hands well; 3) diluted nail polish color I brought in, so fingers don't match toes exactly; 4) Cell phones are more important than customers. I've been to this salon over the years several times, and have noticed a slow decline. NEVER AGAIN!

I've been getting my nails done for years and this is by far, the best place around. The salon is clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. My nails don't break as they did with other places, and my pedicure lasted for weeks. I felt like I really got my money's worth after every visit.
