Bought a 2015 Subaru Outback here for $9,900. They said it was looked at by a "mechanic". Mind you, tires were nearly bald. Had it in the shop and checked by a professional. Had to fix the cross over water pipe o-rings, rear bushings, Coil packs, spark plugs, Had oil leaking internally so valve cover gaskets had to be replaced. Transmission bolt was stripped and was leaking so had to drain and fix. Vehicle also has the recall exhaust leak issue. I will not hold that against them due to Subaru issuing a recall for it. What a joke this place is! They say they open at 10AM but when you come no one is there. They need to put it big and out front that you need to call and make an appointment in their advertisements! They waisted a ton of my time!
The dealer I worked with was genuinely helpful, patient, and made sure I understood everything about the process. I really appreciated their professionalism and willingness to answer my questions. That said, the location itself feels a little sketchy — not unsafe, but not the most inviting atmosphere either. The service was great, but I’d feel even better about coming back if the surroundings matched the quality of the staff.
