Around Thanksgiving time, My brake calipers were leaking. To make matters worse, out of nowhere, my gearbox was malfunctioning. I spoke to Luis on the phone and learned they were busy ahead of the holiday and that I should circle back the following Cyber Monday. I was there at 8am Monday and Luis was there.
