Wonderful service, Luis went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my beloved w124. My car is back to normal, night and day difference. I have used multiple shops but nothing left me satisfied until here. Luise and his team are truly exceptional. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient, making every visit a smooth experience. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they work quickly without ever compromising quality. If I could give Pacific Motors 10⭐️ I would in a heartbeat! We have a 2018 Macan GTS and have been price gouged by Porsche Beverly Hills for YEARS…Luis and the guys at Pacific Motors were able to replace all four brake pads and sensors with factory Porsche pads AND detect/fix a coolant issue WITH a Two Year Warranty at LITERALLY 1/5 the cost I was quoted at BH Porsche. How you may ask? Bc every Porsche dealership charges ~$475 per hour of labor while paying their techs -$45/hr. It’s a horrendous ‘scam’. We will ONLY be worki... read more
