**************Please beware! This place is AWFUL! I had my vehicle towed to Pacific Motors, after reading all the reviews ( all Obviously fake!) The first call I received was to tell me that the mechanic was worried to Just take it for a Test Drive because of cracks on my tires ( which were "Michelin" tires!( the only tires for an MBZ!) which still had ****** miles left on them! I brought my vehicle to Pacific Motor Service for an oil change and to potentially determine the source of a subtle engine noise, that only occurs when the engine is cold. I wanted to know whether the noise needed to be repaired on my 20-year-old vehicle. I was towed here by AAA. I couldn’t steer the car. My power steering fluid ran out because a rodent chewed through the line. The reception people were very friendly. They were able to fix the car the same day. HOWEVER they were way out of line in charging over $1000 for replacing the fluid and a new line!!! Typical charges are almost half of that!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have no time or choice like me.

These guys were 100% amazing. We experienced a problem with a recently replaced piece of suspension (by our mechanic in Los Angeles). We were on holiday in Big Sur and needed to have a same-day diagnosis and repair before we could drive back to Los Angeles. They fit us in to an already busy schedule, checked our car, gave us advice on where to find a great local breakfast, determined the problem, ordered the part, coordinated with our mechanic, and worked out the warranty due to the defective part. I had a bad experience here when I took my 2012 Prius in here. The owner recommended thousands of dollars in repairs that turned out not to be necessary. I did not feel that the owner was being honest.
