Terrible communication! We received no instructions before checking in. There was no communication or effort to get the instructions to us after we messaged on Airbnb and called numerous numbers, of which many just rang through. After finally getting on to their after hours number we spoke to a staff member who was rude and dismissive. He said he had contacted another after hours person and was waiting for a reply with a very unhelpful tone. Be prepared for bad customer service. After not receiving a code for the key box and ringing the after hours people we had to wait hours outside waiting for the promised call back with the code. Thanks to a very nice other guest we were able to get in otherwise we probably would’ve spent the night outside in the car. The people on the phone were not helpful at all and moreover even rude and not understanding at all. Really bad communication, I would not recommend this place.
Great location clean
Zero stars. Don’t stay here. My wife and 2-year-old son were left stranded in Forster. The room wasn’t cleaned, the office was closed, and no one answered a single phone call — not even the emergency number. She was alone with our toddler in a town she didn’t know and had nowhere to go. I was 8 hours away in QLD and couldn’t do anything to help. Absolutely helpless — and furious. They promised a refund, which still hasn’t come. And now they’re harassing her at work, accusing her of keeping money she never got. This place has... read more
What a shambles. We drove down from Brissy for a big family catch-up — first time all three sisters were together in 15 years. My sister-in-law got there first with her little one, and the place was a total mess. Room wasn’t cleaned, office shut, and no one answered the phone — not even the so-called emergency line. Left her and the toddler stranded. In a different town. By themselves. Now they’re mucking her around with the refund, and even calling her a liar? Nah, that’s not on. Sort your act out.
