I had the misfortune of purchasing a door from Pacific Home. Yes, the salesman was wonderful, helpful and courteous. However, when the door was installed it does not close properly. One of the parts was not the proper one. When I called and my contractor spoke with someone at Pacific I got a nonsense answer of nothing they can do as this happens sometimes.
