Your driver in the van with vehicle number 87 and license plate number 4FA3BD was tailgating my wife and driving fast on Olive and El mirage...yous need to tell him it's dangerous to other drivers and even more to himself cuse some people don't play those games

I have severe anxiety. Jen (the technician) was beyond helpful with my condition. She made the exam easier than it would have been anywhere else (I've been several other places). She was sympathetic and, at the same time, efficient in getting the procedure done quickly. Thank you Jen!

Donna at the front desk is really awesome, I called her asking for help viewing imaging and she sent a link promptly and helped assist in seamless patient care. Thanks Donna you are wonderful.
