I approached pacific mitsubishi thru carsales,after speaking with joel the car was unfortunaely sold, but joel was kind enough to find another, I actually had 1 in my state and it saved me a 2300km trip to queensland now I am driving my new car, not many dealers will source another car for you.
Terrible service dept, they never answer the phone, never return your calls. I have been waiting on a part for over 4 months now with no end result in site.
We bought a Mitsubishi Triton and were really impressed with the service we received from Steve. He assisted us through the maze of paperwork and explained it in an easy to understand way. He then proceeded to explain the unfamiliar technology and buttons. Very happy with our purchase!
