Hi guys, I just wanted to reach out and say shaun and I had such a great experience with Pacific Mitsubishi Gympie! The whole team was amazing from start to finish. Came in to grab some intricate details I urgently needed for my car today (Gympie location). Thought I was at a loss, then Joel came to the rescue and had me sorted. Left absolutely stoked. If I could give 10 star I would absolute legend
Waited 2 hours for service to be completed but overall staff were good . Happy
I approached pacific mitsubishi thru carsales,after speaking with joel the car was unfortunaely sold, but joel was kind enough to find another, I actually had 1 in my state and it saved me a 2300km trip to queensland now I am driving my new car, not many dealers will source another car for you.
Terrible service dept, they never answer the phone, never return your calls. I have been waiting on a part for over 4 months now with no end result in site.
