Stopped by because of the reviews as I need to do some fabrication work. Found the bald guy at the front to be kinda rude as he said they sell wholesale but recanted and then said they do some retail.
I did not know there was a large building where you can go buy metal. They sell metals like copper and they want their customer to be happy that they are getting the right thickness. They are definitely customer centered and that is a big plus.
Everyone there is very nice and willing to do what it takes to help the customer. I went in with a special request for what I would consider a very small order. They were very accommodating and made it happen for me even though their cutter was down they improvised and got it done.
