I'm sorry to say that I'm not very impressed at all with this bank. My loans were bought by this bank, and I'm sorry that happened because my previous bank had far better services. $25 to make a loan payment by phone? Really? And they don't offer online payments of loans - be nice to work with a company that was in the 21st Century. Also, inadvertently charging fees that aren't correct - isn't that what payday loan companies do? I'm always early with my payments, have never missed a payment, and pay more than is due. Awesome Bank! Excellent customer service, excellent commercial loan process - the easiest we've EVER had. What a refreshing experience after the horrible relationship we had for years at Kinecta FCU . (Run from the flakes at Kinecta.)
