Very friendly staff and they remember me and say hi everytime I go there. They always have my meds available right as I need them. I have some maintenance meds that I take everyday but at different times during the day. They make blister packs to sort my meds by day and time. It makes it easy to remember to take meds on time and I don't have to worry about sorting it out myself. I recommend this place to everyone.
I understand places has had. turn over. But this place has gone down hill so bad. One I was not rude, I asked that the owner contact me, regarding problems we are having there. Today they filled my husband pain meds with the wrong dosage. So when I picked it up, I asked for that the owner contact me. After I left they called my husband and told him the owner would not be contacting me, I was rude to them. That he would have to pick up his own medication from now on or find a new place to file it. I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! The staff are friendly and actually remember me, I’ve received calls from the staff and pharmacist on how I’m doing with my medications, and they’re always on top of helping with any insurance discrepancies before I even noticed them! I’ve transferred all of my families medications to here and will continue to refer!
Attention to the owner, Jason Lang, my name is Victoria Paul my daughter and I Leesha Paul have been coming to Medicine shop in Pacific for a little while now and I just wanted to comment on your pharmacist Abdullah.
