I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy! The staff are friendly and actually remember me, I’ve received calls from the staff and pharmacist on how I’m doing with my medications, and they’re always on top of helping with any insurance discrepancies before I even noticed them! I’ve transferred all of my families medications to here and will continue to refer!
Attention to the owner, Jason Lang, my name is Victoria Paul my daughter and I Leesha Paul have been coming to Medicine shop in Pacific for a little while now and I just wanted to comment on your pharmacist Abdullah. A very nice gentleman that helped me and worked overtime last evening, the 23rd to work out a prescription for my daughter,it all worked out wonderfully. Not sure what's going on the last month, but service has been awful.. looks like new staff and they are a long way from being friendly. You call and get put on hold, go to drive thru and have to wait 10 minutes. Hasn't just happened just once, been there 4 times in last month and can't get a hold of anyone to talk, waited over 10 minutes in drive thru, asked for refills on 2 meds and I got one, this the 3rd time this has happened. If service keeps up like this I am going to look for new pharmacy.
Total inconvenience they never have your script ready to picked up. The latest episode. I attempted to pick up my script on three separate occasions over a 3-week time span. Even when I would call ahead of time to ensure they had it ready I would show up and it would not be ready and would be a wait time that I did not have to spare.
